This Family Though

We have spent three days in Mississippi. Our niece Jessie and her husband David let us park in the yard of their beautiful home.  It was so nice. We were so excited to see everyone that we forgot to take a picture of the shady spot. 😲.  We went to eat catfish with Darren’s brother Greg and his wife Kalinda.  I had the shrimp and it was so good, but what was better than the food was the fellowship.

On Saturday the family gathered together and we cooked out.  Oh my goodness, the food was awesome. We ate and ate some more.img_1580-1.jpg

We also celebrated this sweet little one’s third birthday.  She enjoyed her cake.

Later that evening we had a Praise and worship jam session with this talented family.

It was such and awesome weekend.  We felt so loved. It is such a blessing to see how this family has grown in the Lord and His word.  To be around them and see the faithfulness of God, it’s overwhelming.   Our hearts are overflowing and our spirit is encouraged. We had a hard time saying good bye. We are planning another visit soon.

We are Back in Alabama and headed to our regular campsite at Springvilla campground. Darren has to go back to work this week.  Our trip may be over but our adventure is not. We choose to live everyday to the fullest. Ya’ll stay tuned and see what this life in tow has for us next.

Live life and love on your family,

Christie

We are Darren and Christie Berry We sold our house in April of 2017 and moved into a 24 foot camper. We needed a little bit more room, so in January of 2019 we moved into a 37 foot Class A motorhome. Darren still works a conventional job so we are still tied tied down to the area. We travel as much as time will allow us to. Some people would say that we are homeless, but we have a home and it goes with us where ever we go.
